SHOWCASING THE FEMALE LEADERS OF AUSTRALIA’S TOP COMPANIES
Former Chairman, President and CEO at IBM
“In Her Shoes” is an interview-based, documentary-style series which allows viewers to be inspired by the life lessons of Australia’s most accomplished women, as we shoe shop, and walk in, their heels.
Created by Dr Katherine Iscoe, the series explores the ‘behind the scenes’ work, dedication, innovation and passion a female leader brings to her organisation, in turn demonstrating the benefit for modern organisations to empower, promote and support female leaders.
Companies in the top quartile for gender-diverse executive suites were 15% more likely to generate above-average profitability compared to the bottom quartile of companies whose executive teams were predominantly white and male.
It can cost twice the annual salary of an employee to replace them (Gallup, 2019). Increasing representation of women within an organisation swiftly and substantively decreases the overall rate of employee turnover.
Dr Katherine Iscoe is a Canadian-born educator (and self-proclaimed shoe addict) who thrives on teaching effective, evidence-based solutions to help change peoples lives for the better, to ignite positivity and shine from within.
