Before I go on, you might be wondering who I am and why I would know anything about having a lack of confidence, so let me explain. My name is Dr Katherine and my mission to change the world by helping everyone be confident every gosh darn day (as well as buy shoes, LOTS of shoes).

I have been working in the health and wellness industry for over 20 years and am backed by a BA, MSc and PhD in exercise physiology and also a Post-Graduate Certification in Counselling.
